What items can I find at zalgirisshop.lt?
- zalgirisshop.lt is an official merchandise shop of BC Žalgiris Kaunas. Here you can find: sportswear (official BC Žalgiris jerseys, shorts, warm-up outfit); leisure wear (T-shirts, hoodies, sport/ leisure pants), souvenirs and accessories.
When will I get my items?
- Shippment in Lithuania takes 2-3 business days after the payment is done. In case of any unexpected circumstances you will be informed personally. Our goal is to deliver items for you as quickly as possible. International shippment usually takes 5-16 business days. The exact durations depends upon the country to which the parcel is sent.
Who will deliver the items for me?
- Items in Lithuania are delivered by out partner VENIPAK. Delivery price in Lithuania is 2.90 Eur . Duration of the delivery in Lithuania – 2-3 business days. International deliveries are performed by Lithuanian Post. Duration of the international delivery – 5-16 business days. International delivery price is 17 Eur.
Are the items at www.zalgirisshop.lt original?
- www.zalgirisshop.lt is an official merchandise shop of BC Žalgiris Kaunas. All merchandise at www.zalgirisshop.lt is approved by club’s administration.
Can I collect the items by myself?
- Yes, you can collect the items you bought online at our shop in Kaunas, Kęstučio g. 52, (working hours I-V, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.). Items are only released, when the payment is done online (we do not accept cash payments in this case).
How can I return the item?
- If you ar not satisfied with the item you bought at www.zalgirisshop.lt, you can return it within 14 business days after its delivery date. Please inform us about it via e-mail (email@example.com) or phone 8 622 77027. Shipping costs need to be paid by the client. Returned goods must meet the following requirements:
- be in the original packaging (unless the product is defective).
- item must be unused , undamaged and in it’s primary commercial appearance ( with undamaged labels and protective stickers, etc.) (unless the product is defective).
- The item should be returned together with the invoice and Product returning act.
Money for the returned item will be transfered to your bank account (provided in the Product returning act) within 7 (seven) business days after we get the item.
The product I like is out of stock. Can I pre-order it?
- Unfortunatelly, currently we do not offer such possibility
